The sit-at-home order issued by IPOB groups has reportedly taken effect as streets, markets and plazas were completely deserted with movement restricted in some areas of Abia, Enugu, Ebonyi, Imo, Anambra and parts of Delta state Nigeria. Pictures posted on internet show some of the commercial city centres totally deserted.
